Things to Know:
- Activities begin at 9:00 a.m. daily and will end around 8:00 p.m. We will be leaving as soon as possible the day of the Ark Encounter. This means that your child cannot be late, otherwise you will have to meet us at the Ark. I recommend getting to the church by 8:50 a.m. That way we have plenty of time to load up and give final instructions. We will have a light breakfast provided for your child or you will want to eat breakfast beforehand. We will NOT be stopping on the way there, as we will be going straight to the Ark.
- Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner, Bible Messages, Small Groups, Music, The Ark Encounter, Dodgeball, Volleyball, Kickball, Competitions, 4-Square, Board/Card Games, Cornhole, Cross Net, Gaga Ball, Nintendo, Pickleball, Spike Ball, & MORE!
- A positive attitude and a desire to draw near to God!
- A Bible, pen, and notebook
- Drawstring Bag
- Sunscreen/Insect repellant
- Refillable water bottle (we will have water stations)
- Umbrella or rain jacket for rainy days
- Spending money (There will be a shop on the Ark - snacks, candies, drinks, shirts, books, and souvenirs are available for purchase - suggested $20-$50)
Do NOT Bring:
- Alcoholic beverages, non-prescription drugs, tobacco
- Weapons of any kind such as guns, airsoft guns, stun guns, tasers, knives, or pepper spray
- Hazardous items such as combustible fluids, lighters, or fireworks
- CD/DVD/MP3 players, TV’s, video games, or computers
- Supplies for pranking
Medical Information

Extra Info:
- Students are allowed to bring their phones, but we ask that they keep them put away. We are trying to encourage an environment where everyone can fully focus on the Lord and fellowship with others. If we notice phones become a problem, we will confiscate the student’s phone until dismissal time.
- In the case that a camper has a medical emergency, they will need to let a Youth Leader know immediately and may call home if needed.
- Any damages that occur at camp are the responsibility of the student(s). Please talk to your student about respecting the property. This also includes other people’s property. Not adhering to this will result in sending that teen home (the parents are responsible to get them, if this occurs).
Money
- The cost per student is $100. The $30 deposit is due by June 3rd. If payment is made after this date, please contact Pastor Skyler Duncan at (513) 292-8111 to confirm availability. The total cost for camp is due by June 24th.

- Payments may be made by mail or dropped off at the church during designated office hours or service times. Our church address is: Carpenter’s House Baptist Church 93 Worthington Dr. Germantown, OH 45327
